Outreach Partners

Outreach Partners

We are first and foremost a Gospel –Centered Organization, not a social services organization.   In keeping with our mission statement, any local ministry that we partner with must have reaching people with the gospel, for the purpose of making disciples, as a major component in their efforts. For us, when we say ‘ministry partner’, it means that we support them on a monthly basis out of our monthly budget.  Just as we encourage individuals to give to the local church, we believe the local church should also be giving to other ministries. Since NC was founded in 2000 we have given actively and generously to the communities we live in. The following ministries are ones that we consider our partners. We don’t just ask our people or others to support these ministries - we support them consistently throughout the year. We love working with and supporting these ministries.

Faith Home

Faith Home has a long–standing reputation for helping those who are addicted. They have the main men’s campus in Greenwood and a women’s facility in Abbeville. They also have an additional campus in Cowpens SC. They not only serve people from the surrounding area but people from all over the United States.

Greater Greenwood United ministries

Partnering with GGUM allows us to work with an organization that impacts many of the social needs in our county while at the same time sharing Christ with the individuals they interact with. They meet an incredible number of needs in the area and you can read about what they offer at the following link

Greenwood Pathway House

This great organization provides shelter for the homeless population in Greenwood. They have a men’s and women’s facility and not only feed and give shelter but help connect these individuals with the resources that they are in need of.

Matthews Elementary Good News Club

This fantastic program meets every week for a few hours with the children from Matthews elementary. We are involved by having around 6-8 volunteers who work each week and by providing them with resources that they need to conduct the weekly clubs. These clubs run concurrent with the school year.
